Im so grateful for finding this page, i still can't believe it. iv'e read and learned A LOT more through this tutorials with text & pictures, rather then all those other tutorial pages with youtube videolinks and lots of popups. All credit to the guy(s) who took their time to write this down. Im actually looking forward to the rest of the premium lesssons. But enough of those compliments, im not here to kiss ass I've been around maaaaaaaaaaaaaaany many forums and tried to find some useful info about ableton live7, vst's and the making of deep minimal tracks. Now i know there aint just an answer for that and the rest of the forums i've been on where ppl ask that question, they get the same answer almost everytime: "You can't have a solution to make a genre of music, it can be anything. So for to shorten this up a bit and since i feel admins and ppl in here have atleast a little understanding about beeing fresh in the music production-game. I want to ask you if u can give me hints to what vst or what i should do in Ableton Live 7 to get this deep and heavy beat/bassline cause i've actually tried a lot either you believe me or not. So here is some samples from tunes i feel represent that heavy groove im looking for. And if u have an ansver please try explain it in a way that dont say like: use 3 layers of bass, sinus, and a triangle f.ex. I want to know more of what im doing too so i dont have to ask all the time. Since i can't edit here i see a picture got on the site by mistake too. Buit what i reallly forgot to say, is that minimal beat!.mp3 is mine. Thats how close i got to getting it like those other mp3 files. So telll me what i do wrong, what i should use for vst/plugins etc if u can, and i would prolly stop swearing so much for myself here lol
