A recent email asked about installing the DualComp compressor on a Mac. Here are detailed instructions:

1) Download DualComp for Mac from here:

2) Uncompress the zip file using StuffIt (stuffit.com)

3) Navigate into the new DualComp-mac-1.0-beta2 folder created by StuffIt.

4) Click once on the DualComp.vst file.

5) Press Command+C to copy the file.

6) Press Command+N to open a new Finder window.

7) Press Command+Shift+C to view your computer.

Navigate to Macintosh HD -> Library -> Audio -> Plug-Ins -> VST. Click on the VST folder.

9) Press Command+V to paste the DualComp.vst file into this folder.

10) Start (or restart) Live and rock n' roll
